• 1 pint pixie tomatoes (or multicolored cherry tomatoes)
• 1 recipe Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
• 12 basil leaves, chiffonade
• 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
• 4 ripe peaches, quartered
