In a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer the rice, water, cocunut milk, sugar, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes). Remove from heat, let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in mango, cilantro, and lime juice just before serving.
